CSV and Excel lead import

Upload a .csv or .xlsx file and pick the sheet. FirstTraction guesses your column mapping — name, email, website, social handle, niche, audience size — and lets you correct it before importing. Columns it does not recognise are kept as notes so nothing is lost.

Parsing happens in your browser and duplicates are skipped automatically, so re-importing an updated sheet will not create a second copy of the same prospect.

Readable lead cards

Imported details are shown as structured fields rather than one long text blob: email and links are easy to spot, platform and audience size sit alongside the name, and longer notes stay collapsed until you expand them.

Multi-select and bulk status updates

Select many leads at once and move them between Not contacted, Contacted, Replied, In talks, and Signed up. Marking someone as signed up keeps your analytics accurate without any extra bookkeeping.

A prospect CRM, not an outreach robot

Statuses are private notes for you. FirstTraction never emails, DMs, or contacts anyone on your list, and it does not scrape contact details from the web. You write and send everything yourself, in your own accounts.

Plan limits

Free accounts can store up to 20 leads; imports fill the remaining space and tell you what was skipped. Pro unlocks full lead tracking for larger outreach lists.
