FirstTraction is a growth planning tool operated by CollabConnect AB, 21224 Malmö, Sweden. This policy explains what we store when you use the product and why.

Account data: your email address, name if you provide one, and the authentication method you sign in with.

Project data: the website URLs, audience, category, and goals you enter, plus the analyses, plans, campaigns, drafts, opportunities, leads, and results you create or import.

Billing data: your subscription status and plan. Card details are handled by Paddle and never stored by us.

Product usage: basic activity records such as when features are used, so limits and history work correctly.

To run the product: generate analyses, plans, drafts and opportunity ideas you request, store them, and show them back to you across devices.

To apply plan limits and unlock Pro features for active subscribers.

To keep the service secure, debug issues, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

When you ask FirstTraction to analyze a website or draft content, the relevant project context is sent to our AI provider to produce that output. Outputs are suggestions you review — nothing is published, sent, or posted automatically.

Leads and prospects you add or import from a spreadsheet are stored in your account and visible only to you. FirstTraction does not contact anyone in your list, does not send messages on your behalf, and does not scrape private data.

Data is stored in our managed database with row-level access rules so each account can only read and write its own records. We keep your data while your account is active, and delete it on request or after account deletion.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Most of it can be edited or removed directly in the app; for anything else, contact us and we will help.

Hosting and database infrastructure, our AI model provider, and Paddle for payments, subscriptions, and tax. Each processes data only to deliver the part of the service it powers.
