Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FirstTraction, operated by CollabConnect AB, 21224 Malmö, Sweden. By creating an account you agree to them.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you enter, import, or publish based on FirstTraction's suggestions. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.

FirstTraction offers a Free plan with usage limits and FirstTraction Pro at $15/month. Applicable taxes are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout based on your location.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period. Payments, invoices, and tax are processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

FirstTraction generates suggestions: website analyses, growth plans, AI-suggested opportunity ideas, content drafts, and checklists. It does not post, publish, or send messages on your behalf, and it does not guarantee traffic, signups, rankings, or revenue.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review everything before you use it publicly, and make sure it complies with the rules of the platforms you post on.

Do not use FirstTraction to spam, mass-message, harass, scrape private data, manipulate rankings or votes, or break the terms of any third-party platform. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of the websites, drafts, leads, and results in your account. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content so the product can work. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available but provide it 'as is', without warranties. Features and limits may change as the product evolves; material changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or growth.
